Walter Rau is regularly reviewed by an independent certification organization regarding customer standards such as the Code of Conduct.

The consistently high quality of our products is guaranteed by our integrated quality management system. The production process is fully documented and traceable at all stages up to the delivery of the goods to the customer. Our products are of pure vegetable origin, kosher and halal.

There’s a trend towards organic products – they fit into today’s consumers behaviour. They are more concerned about what they buy and eat. In addition to price and taste, origin, treatment and especially quality of foods are decisive.

As a producer of high-quality vegetable fats and oils the consumers’ health is of great importance to us. WALTER RAU is authorized to process organic oils. During the production of our organic palm oil solely approved adjuvants and processes are used. The purchasing of raw materials, the processing in our company and sales are entirely and consistently recorded.

Walter Rau is an authorized processor of organic products under council regulation (EG) 834/2007 and certified according to the National Organic Program (NOP). Regular audits by an independent inspector guarantee the compliance with the regulation.

With the certification according to Bio-sustainability regulations, we ensure compliance with the sustainable production of biomass under the EU directive on renewable energy.
