Our products based on refined hydrogenated rapeseed oils are named Canoletta. The different types of Canoletta are used depending on their melting range in bakery industries for doughs and fillings.

Harder types of Canoletta are also used in sweets like hard candy and soft candy to decrease the stickiness of the products.
