Canolin

Canolin is our name for pure refined rapessed oil. Application areas are found in bakery production like bread and rolls, in production of delicatessen and in margarine industry.

Its fatty acid profile shows a high amount of oleic and linoleic acid. Therefore it is one of the healthiest oils. Canolin is suitable for all applications in which the nutritional properties shall be optimized by the addition of vegetable oil. Such optimized fatty acid profiles are for example desired in production of delicatessen and sausages.
