Our product family of Palmetta consists of refined and refined hydrogenated palm oils.
Palmetta spezial is a non hydrogenated vegetable fat with a wide field of application. Due to its smooth consistency and good ability to retain air bubbles it is esteemed in bakery production for shortbread biscuits and cakes.
Palm oil is a classical fat for deep-frying, too. The high amount of saturated fatty acids makes Palmetta resistant to high temperatures without formation of unhealthy degradation products in the deep-frying fat. For the mentioned applications our Palmetta spezial and other more solid Palmetta types can be used.
