Nugamin is a smooth fat mainly used in confectionary industry. With Nugamin one can produce soft fillings and spreads with an excellent spreadability.

Nugamin tolerates a high amount of other oils like nut oil in the recipe without migration effects. The end products have good heat stability, too.

When used in fillings Nugamin does not require tempering and shows a good flavour release.
