Pralisan 94350 is a smooth fat based on palm oil and its fractions which can easily be aerated. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for soft and fluffy fillings in bakery products, chocolates and pralines. Pralinsan is a non-lauric fat, but melts similar to lauric ones in the mouth with a pleasant cooling effect and good flavour release.
